Delivery and Refunds
- All items will be dispatched using Royal Mail 2nd Class Signed for.
- The cost of postage will change in accordance with Royal Mail pricing.
- Postage costs will be shown at checkout.
- Delivery may take up to 5 working days.
- Beauty In A Box will only ship to mainland UK.
- Your order will be dispatched as soon as I receive confirmation that payment has been received.
Returns And Refunds
- You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt of goods.
- I must be notified within this 14 day cool off period if you have changed your mind and wish to return your order. Send an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org
- If your order has not be dispatched I can offer a refund in full.
- If you change your mind within this 14 day cool off period and your order has been dispatched a full product refund (not including postage paid for order) will be offered as long as the products are unopened, unused and can be resold. You will be expected to pay return postage.
- If a product is damaged on arrival, please notify me in the first instance, send an e-mail to email@example.com
- If you wish to return the damaged product, please return the gift box and all products in their original packaging, individual products can not be replaced as this is part of a set.
- In this instance a full refund including return postage will be offered once the product has been returned and received, an e-mail will be sent to confirm this information.
- Return postage costs will be of the same value as postage paid when the gift box was purchased.
- Any products returned that have been opened or used will not be eligible for refund.
- All refunds will be paid onto the card that was used to pay for your order.
- If you require a new gift box in exchange for the returned product, please purchase this by ordering in the normal way. I will do my best to deliver this order as soon as I can.
- If you change your mind after the 14 day cool off period, a refund will not be given.
